- Description
- Multiple award term contract in each of two categories for the IRS/Atlanta, GA. Beginning October 1, 2002, and ending September 30, 2003. Quality Levels III and IV are required. These specifications cover the production of face only or face and back forms requiring such operations as electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Production on all orders must be achieved through the printing process. Reproduction by copying or direct image masters is not acceptable. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS/QUANTITIES: It is anticipated that there will be 150 orders per year. Category 1 - quantities up to and including 49,999; Category 2 - quantities of 50,000 or more. TRIM SIZE: Various trim sizes up to and including 17 x 11". Complete production and delivery schedule will be indicated on each order; however, no order will be required within less than 5 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. Reference Program 2449-M on request. Additionally, bidder's may download the specifications from the GPO web site (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued; however the target date for issuance of the specifications is August 15, 2002.)
