- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA), Special Services Division is seeking to contract landscape maintenance services for GSA Federal Buildings in the National Capital Region using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedures. This acquisition is a HUB-Zone, Small Business Set-Aside, FFPw/Econ. Adjust. contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 151730, Bus. Size $5.0 million. Services will be provided for 1 year with the Government having unilateral option to extend for 4 consecutive 1 year periods. The Government MAY award up to two (2) contracts as a result of this solicitation. All quotes received from responsive responsible sources will be considered. Service is scheduled to begin on or about December 2, 2002. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 13, 2002.
