- Description
- Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease appoximately 11,500 rentable square feet yielding 10,000 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Little Rock, Arkansas. "As is", contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offered locations within Little Rock, Arkansas. Properties must be located on airport grounds or within a five-minute radius of the airport. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on November 19, 2002.
