- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington is intending to award a sole source contract on behalf of Human Resources Operations Center for Software Maintenance and Support. This software maintenance will provide for the software license, technical help line support, and software upgrades of Heidi/Assistant, Safnet, and SAFtpa. This software is proprietary to Compliance Information System (CIS). The intended sole source is Compliance Software, INC., 2363 South Foothill Drive, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84109. Negotiations are being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract.
