- The Pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation No. 02SI101516 is currently available. This requirement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The estimated price range of the work is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234910 and the size standard is $28.5 million. The work to be performed includes earthwork for and construction of an 8-inch diameter buried pipeline and a 12-inch diameter above-ground pipeline; cutting, removing, and capping portions of the existing pipeline to be abandoned; clearing and grubbing sagebrush and trees at locations along the pipeline alignment; roadway work including: cutting, removing, and replacing a section of the asphalt pavement and base along State Highway 320 near Echo for pipeline construction, and removing and replacing gravel surfacing on existing roads for pipeline construction; utility crossings where the Echo pipeline crosses existing water, sewer, power, gas, and communications lines; traffic control when working on city, county, and state road right-of-ways; precast concrete vaults for valves and meters; earthwork for and construction of a reinforced concrete pipe bridge abutment and the footing for the air vac vault/pipe bridge support located along the Feed Canal; earthwork for and construction of a pipe drain; earthwork for and construction of a pipe lateral; earthwork for and construction of a flood irrigation ditch; removing existing barb wire fence along portions of the Echo pipeline; installing new barb wire fence along portions of the Echo pipeline; installing a salvaged 4-inch pipe flow meter; installing a salvaged 2-inch combination air release/vacuum valve, and stop and waste valve; installing gate and ball valves in 2-inch to 8-inch sizes; miscellaneous metalwork; and earthwork for and construction of a new approach for the O&M road located along Feed Canal.
