- Bureau of Land Management has a need for Hay. This synopsis is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for a continuing need of hay for any of the BLM facilities in the State of Arizona. The proposed contract will be one base year plus four option years. A Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment is contemplated. Delivery location will be specified at time of each delivery order is issued. The solicitation for this project will be available on or about August 27, 2002. This proposed procurement is a small business set aside.
