Description

Successful contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct a new administrative office building, a new fire station, two (2) metal buildings and associated infrastructure. Work includes demolition of the existing office building, fire and shop facilities, site and utility development, excavation, foundations, masonry, concrete, metal roofing, mechanical, electrical, communication, plumbing, paving, landscaping, interior finishes, and all systems tyipcally associated with construciton of builidings of this nature. Portions of the site will remain open and occupied by the Goverment during the contract. The project is located in Caliente, NV in Lincoln County. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Period of performance is 420 calendar days. Bonds will be as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the offered price; Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price. This project is open to all responsive, responsible sources that submit an offer under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
