- BLM Request for Proposals, NAR020013, MINERAL ANALYSIS. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, tools, equipment, personnel, travel, and all other items (including any sub-contractors) to perform a mineral analysis of the following area, known as the "East Mountain Area": All leased and unleased areas of coal seams greater than 4 feet in thickness in the area bounded by Huntington Canyon to the north, Joe's Valley fault to the west, Straight Canyon to the south, and Utah State Highway 10 to the east. The proposed contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541710 and the business size standard is 1,500 employees.
