- NA Dining facility operations, attendants, and cooks for twenty (20) facilities at Fort Benning, Georgia, one (1) facility at Camp Merrill, Dahlonega, Georgia; and one (1) facility at Camp Rudder, Crestview, Florida. Scope of work encompasses dining facility operations, attendants, and cooks to include cleaning, maintenance and repairs on Government furnished equipment. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed price contract with ?Award Term? incentive. The solicitation will prescribe a Performance Based Work Statement (AFARS Part 5137.1) and an ?Award Term? incentive. Services to commence on 01 Feb 03 (or date of award) through 31 Jan 04. Contract performance shall consist of a one-year base and two (2) one-year options. Further contract extensions will be based on the contractor?s performance against the stated performance parameters. Maximum contract performance period shall not exceed ten (10) years. This requirement is unrestricted and will be accomplished under the Randolph Sheppard Act and the pr ovisions of Army Regulation (AR) 210-25. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this Agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 72310, size standard is $15 millions.
