- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland has a requirement for services necessary to support the Government of Lithuania (GOL) in developing a Draft National Military Strategy (NMS). A cost-plus-fixed fee task orde r type contract is anticipated. The period of performance will start date of award and continue for five years. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page website http://abop.monmouth.army.mi l on or about 5 September 2002. The estimated solicitation closing date is on or about 07 October 2002. The solicitation may be viewed under ?View by Army Contracting Activity?, select ?Robert Morris Acquisition Center?.
