- Description
- The contractor shall provide all transportation labor, supervision, material, supplies, equipment, tools and all other items necessary to accomplish: Add on the existing mezzanine: additional floor space, office space including carpet, light wall partitions, windows, doors, electrical power, fluorescent lights, heating and cooling system, foundation and removal of containers in accordance with attachment # 1, pages 1 through 4, and attachment # 2, drawing # 1 through 4, pages 1 through 4 consisting of: 0001AA Main Structure: (NSP*) 0001AB Lighting System: (NSP*) 0001AC Safety Rail: (NSP*) 0001AD Upright Supports: (NSP*) 0001AE Room No. 1 ? 7 (NSP*) 0001AF Electrical System (NSP*) All removed or demolished material within this project shall be handled as debris and hauled off, at contractor's expense. The contractor shall restore the site from which the items are being removed and the installation site where the items are to be relocated, to clean, safe area acceptable to all applicable safety standards. All debris and damaged items beyond repair shall be removed by the contractor IAW the host nation environmental laws, at no additional charge to the US Government. Debris shall be hauled off directly in a container and shall not be stored outside of the building. The contractor shall submit prices to include all costs for manufacturing, transportation, on- offloading as necessary and installation.
