- ********* 13 AUG 2002 This combined sysnopsis/solicitation is hereby cancelled due to the requirement being changed.*************This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FE441822070022 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333999 with 500 employee size standard. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation to include shipping charges for a UBB Universal Bead Breaker, Kunz or equal P/N 110.0000, 73?(1) x 75?(w) x 63?(h), 1800lbs, 1-5 kw, 3-phrase with voltage and frequency according to local requirements, frame RAL 5010 (blue), press arms RAL 1003 (yellow), press tools zinc plated. If the offeror substitutes item listed, then the offeror shall submit specifications, literature, catalog cuts, or brochures. Include discount terms and delivery time with your quotation.
