- Description
- The U.S. Air Force intends to award a Sole Source contract under FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of, and installation of, an updated audio-visual system in the OC-ALC/PK Conference Room, Tinker AFB, OK, to SBC DataComm, 21240 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 130, Sterling, VA 20166. Services Non-Personal: This procurement is to satisfy genuine needs for compatible, interchangeable equipment and software for uniformed, standardized audio-visual systems and maintenance with the OC-ALC/CC Conference Room. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and project oversight for the audio-visual system upgrade including new Display, Peripheral Sources, Switcher, Audio Components, Control, Rack, Misc. Cables, Connectors, Hardware and Adapters. It is critical, from not only a cost effective standpoint, but from a coordination standpoint, that this project be done turnkey. Turnkey is defined, for this project, as the ability of the design/project management firm to provide varied services with one point of purchase.
