- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Convera, 1921 Gallows Road, Suite 200, Vienna, VA 22182 for the following: Support and Maintenance on RetrievalWare 256 user license including 3DK, profiling, fileroom, EFS Synchronizer. This requirement is for the period beginning October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003. In addition to the 1-year basic period, three, 1-year option periods are requested. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is known to provide this service.. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any businesses that can provide the above services, please respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. CST on 28 Aug 2002. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with the Convera will be pursued.
