- Description
- This facility intends to solicit for subject service for the Toledo Outpatient Clinic, 3333 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, OH 42614 for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, with four (4) possible option year renewals, subject to the availability of funds. Solicitation package will be available approxiately August 19, 2002. Requests for bid package shall be made in writing to the office indicated above or to fax (734)213-3833.
