- Description
- The purpose of this proposal is to award a contract which shall provide limited health care service by referral, educational, and preventative service activities to the Urban Indian and Alaska Native population residing in the Salt Lake City, Utah, metropolitan area. Where practical, the contractor shall provide or enter into contracts for the provisions of direct care services to the prescribed population. The resulting contract will be for a base year plus two-one year options. This action, pursuant to Title V, PL 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act, and class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, will be awarded to the current Buy Indian contractor known as the Indian Walk-In Center. See note 22.
