Description: The Des Moines, Iowa office of USDA Rural Development is requesting services of a contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supplies, transporation, landfill arrangements and other items necessary to complete the demolition of a government owned two-story single family residence including garage in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws. The residence has been inspected for asbestos and lead and both have been found to be present. The contractor (any any subcontractors) must be licensed in the State of Iowa to do these services.
