- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-362-8466 / NPG02133000375. First article testing applies. Export Control applies. An "export control" technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. The required delivery schedule is 22 each 175 days ARO, FOB origin. This solicitation includes a 100% quantity option. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
