- Description
- The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install Central Vacuum System, Bldg 23 at Defense Supply Center, Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. The installation shall include all mechanical, electrical, and civil requirements to provide a complete, workable, and operational system. Contractors submitting offers shall have not less than a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in having satisfactorily performed work of the types required by this project. The mandatory period of performance to complete all work associated with this project is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A combined pre-bid conference/site investigation will be conducted at 9:00, September 5, 2002.
