- Description
- The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Noosh Incorporated, 3235 Kifer Road, Santa Clara, California ,USA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.501(a) "Sole Source Acquisitions" for continued online technical support and site licenses of the proprietary software "iDataFlow" which is already installed and operating on machines at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, Maryland. The software has the following salient characteristics: Built-in custom estimating program for all term printing contracts. (currently 45); Budgeting program for all contracts that includes: ?SIBAC Statement? screen, ?Estimated vs. Actual Costs? reports, ?List by Funds Obligated Date? budget report; Provides monthly/quarterly/yearly printing job reporting including reports for the Joint Committee on Printing (JCP); Has the ability to create customized reports without the need for programming changes; Includes Forms GPO-2511, SF-1, SF-1C, GPO-1026, GPO-3868, GPO-1815, GPO-952 and GPO-907 as well as the new GPO-SPA order form; Includes SSA-100-U7 Print Purchase Order and SSA-813 and 2726 distribution sets; Has the ability for linking with GPO?s tracking system; Contains automatic program logs required by GPO; Has unlimited independent search and retrieval of all record data; Has security level access features; Is capable of picking up and posting next sequential print order number. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
