- Description
- The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to issue a sole source award to procure commercial software, maintenance and licenses from Research Systems, under the authority of USC 2304 (c)(1) pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other items/services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement includes the following: ENVI+ IDL software, network licenses, and maintenance. Firms that recognize they can provide this service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Please submit all written notifications via e-mail to palmerki@nima.mil. It is the responsibility of the sender to confirm if e-mails have been received. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition is based on information provided and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
