- Description
- The Trident Refit Facility Technical Library at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA., requires internet/web based subscription services for various military standards, industry standards, and vendor catalog data for a period of one year commencing 01 Oct 02 as provided by Information Handling Services (IHS) Inc., Englewood, CO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiates with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All items must be compatible for the purpose of cross-referencing with other items. The solicitation is available on the Navy Electronics Commerce Online (NECO) web site at http://www.neco.navy.mil and www.jax.fisc.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the interested party to independently review the above referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors shall be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No hard copy documentation shall be provided. The NAICS code for this procurement is 514120 and the applicable size standard is $6.0 million dollars. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract.
