Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. The Solicitation Number is N00604-02-T-B290. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; OFFERS ARE BEING REQUIRED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION will not be issued. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price type contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2001-08 and DFARS Change Notice 20020730. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed price contract and has a requirement for two (2) Soccer Officials or the following service: The contractor shall provide two (2) National High School Federation Soccer (NHSF) certified soccer officials per game for Intramural Soccer. The most current issue of the National High School Federation Soccer Rules shall govern this league. Officials shall have current NHSF certification from the governing body and/or in accordance with local association rules for Intramural Soccer. Officials shall follow local and NHSF rules, and will wear the proper uniform for the games they are officiating. The Contractor shall provide supplies required by the officials in the performance of the services specified (i.e., whistles, rule books, etc.). Officials will be required to complete a daily attendance sheet and keep a running score during the games. League games are on Saturdays and Sundays (subject to vary due to the amount of teams entered), and the dates, times, and locations at Naval Station, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii reflected on the official league schedule for Intramural Soccer. The official league schedule will be indicating dates, times, locations, type of sports, etc. will be provided to the Contractor by the Athletic Director at least one week prior to the start of the Intramural Soccer League. The Government will pay the full fee for each game in the event of forfeit by either or both scheduled teams, unless the Contractor is notified of the forfeit at least two hours prior to game time. The Contractor shall submit a monthly invoice to the Government for all games played. The Contractor shall be paid monthly. The FSC code is G003. The NAICS code is 713990 and the small business size standard for this procurement $5.0Mil. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
