- NA The U.S. Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Watervliet Arsenal, New York. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, cer tified by the state of New York, shall provide local commercial communications service for Watervliet Arsenal, New York, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber lines, 911 trunks, local exchange digital (ISDN PRI) trunks, and directory number and number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ? NAICS 51331 and 51333. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipa ted to be released on or about 12 August 2002.
