- The West Texas VA Health Care System, Big Spring, Texas is seeking contract providers for Readjustment Counseling Servcices to eligible veterans. Geographic areas of coverage in the following cities in Pecos, Monahans, Abilene, and San Angelo, Texas. The providers submitting proposals must be able to provide services in the cities listed.
