- NA The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to provide transcription services. This requirement is a base year, plus four-(4) one-year options contract, pending availability of funds. Contract performance will be required from October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 as the base year. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business with a minimum annual revenue of $3,000,000. NAICS Code 561410/size standard: $6 million.
