- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to provide all necessary labor, tools and materials required to replace the existing cylinder for passenger elevator # 9, Building 1, Hydraulic Auto, Haughton, 3 floors with an ASME A17.1-2000 Code compliant cylinder with a sealed cylinder protection liner for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. This is in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test program for certain commercial items. The anticipated date of award is August 22, 2002. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
