- Description
- Provide all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, equipment, tools and materials, except Government furnished space and utilities necessary to provide cleaning services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 5682 Bee Ridge Road, Satrasota, Florida 34233. Contract period will be from the date of award to September 30, 2003, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All offers must be returned to the address located in block 15 of Standard Form 1449. Solicitation will be available on or about 8/23/02, with quotes due on or about 9/20/02. This solicitation is being issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 561720 applies. This is a 100% total small business set aside.
