- Description
- The USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center is seeking quotes for a Penetrate System to replace the current NDI Zyglo line used in Shop 133 of building 97. This system will consist of several tanks with lifting units used to hold the chemicals required for inspections in accordance with NAS 410 directive. The holding tanks, in which the current tanks can be seen by an on-site visit, will support the holding capacity of 110 gallons of chemicals in each tank and will adhere to the required size dimensions in accordance with the old unit and floor plan. Roller track units will be tailor made to allow easy movement of components through the several start to finish processes required of the system. All necessary Safety and Hazardous materials regulations affecting this unit will be adhered to. Vendor will install and test new unit and dispose of the old unit from the facility.
