- Description
- Provide the FAA, Alaskan Region with a Stand-alone Automatic Dependence Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) System and installation kits, (together defined as a suite) that will be installed in a variety of general aviation and commuter fixed-wing and rotorcraft. This is in support of the Capstone Program for Southeast Alaska. RFO packages will be available on or about August 14, 2002. Closing date for receipt of offers is 2:30pm, September 27, 2002. Interested parties must make a written request to the Contracting Officer to obtain a copy of the RFO. Using the email address above will be acceptable. This RFO is issued for Full and Open Competition without business size or minority status classification. Thie Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individual(s), and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
