- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division's Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisitions procedures to Engagent, 11889 98th Avenue, NE, Kirkland, WA, 98034, for Userlock 2000 software license including one year on maintenance and support. The vendor is the only source with the proprietary capabilities to fulfill the requirements of the Justice Consolidated Office Network (JCON) II system. The period of performance shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2003 with four additional option periods for maintenance and support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor will a formal solicitation document be issued.
