- Develop and operate a 4 bed substance abuse inpatient care group home for Indian females between the ages of 12 and 17. In accordance with the requirements of P.L. 99-570 and the Buy Indian Act, this acquisition is restricted to the Hoopa Valley Tribal Council. No requests for the solicitation package will be honored nor will any other offers be accepted.
