- Description
- This project is to construct a 24 foot by 36 foot treated pole picnic shelter on a 26 foot by 38 foot concrete slab. The project also includes the installation of a service counter and sink with associated plumbing for water and wastewater. The project is located on the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, 4 miles north of Florence, Oregon at the Sutton Campground, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is less than $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit Alternative Payment Protection in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to start of work. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated start work date is October 1, 2002. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns.
