- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO/AQSS31), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Computer Associates (CA) International, Inc., 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171 15251-6355. This acquisition is for software license renewal and maintenance for proprietary products currently installed on equipment located at the Defense Enterprise Computing Centers. The software products are Eureka Report Reviewer, Eureka Report Designer and Eureka Report - All Server and are proprietary to CA and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The period of performance is 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 7 days of this advertisement. Oral communications are not acceptable.
