- Description
- The Network Logistics ? Atlanta Network ? VISN 7 has a requirement for a contractor to provide full service maintenance and repair services for the Picker Radiographic Imaging Workstations located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233. Contractor shall provide full service maintenance and repair services to include all labor, parts, supervision, and transportation necessary to maintain the listed equipment in operational condition according to the manufacturer?s specifications. The contractor shall provide full service software/hardware maintenance and repair services to include all labor, supervision, and parts, necessary to maintain the listed equipment in operational condition according to manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall provide new software versions as they become available, with a minimum of one (1) update per year. The contractor shall perform an annual preventive maintenance inspection (PMI). Contract shall be for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, with four (4) one year option renewals. ALL REQUESTS FOR BID PACKAGE SHALL BE IN WRITING TO THE ADDRESS LISTED; BY E-MAIL OR FAXED TO (205) 933-4509. Package shall be available on/about August 19, 2002 with a response date on/about September 19, 2002.
