- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the Program Support Center has a twelve (12) month simplified acqusition procurement to prepare for, conduct and report on site visits to monitor State and provider performance and consistency with the State PATH application and federal statute for the PATH program. The Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program is a formula grant program that provides funds to each of the 56 States/Territories to provide mental health and support services to persons who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses. PATH funds are distributed to States/Territories that, in turn, contract with local public or not-for-profit organizations to fund a variety of eligible services. State mental health agencies administer PATH funds and assure compliance with Federal reporting requirements and the statute. All firms interested in being considered for this potential acquisition shall request a copy of the solicitation to the above address by 3:00 PM EST August 27, 2002. E-mail and fax are accepted.
