- Presolicitation notice issued 7/26/2002 is modified as follows: 1. Solicitation number is changed FROM: GS-10P-LTC-0075 TO: GS-10P-02-LTC-0075. 2. LEAD DESIGNER PORTFOLIO (25%) submittal is changed FROM: Submit a portfolio representative of the Lead Designer's ability to provide design excellence. Submit graphics (maximum of three pages per project), and a typewritten description (maximum of two pages per project) of not more than five new construction projects completed in the last ten years. TO: Submit a portfolio representative of the Lead Designer's ability to provide design excellence. Submit graphics (maximum of three pages per project), and a typewritten description (maximum of two pages per project) of not more than 5 similar projects completed within the last 10 years. 3. Small business size standard is changed FROM: small business of $2,500,000 gross average over three years TO: NAICS standard 541310 of $4,000,000. 4. The following is added: No site visit has been organized for Stage 1, additionally the Program Development Study (PDS) will not be provided. An organized site visit may be conducted and the PDS provided to the short-listed firms during stage 2.
