- Solicitation RFIEDD01 is being issued by the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), a Federal Government agency, to exploring GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contractor capabilities for expanding its Office of Supply direct delivery program. The FSS Expanded Direct Delivery (EDD) Program is a supply chain strategy that will expand the GSA/FSS vendor direct delivery program by broadening product offerings to customers without increasing GSA/FSS warehousing costs or current inventory levels.
