Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to Wily Technology, Inc., 875 Mahler Road, Suite 280, Burlingame, CA, 94010 for Introscope 3.0 software, maintenance and support, and training services. Introscope was developed and is proprietary to Wily Technology, Inc. Introscope is 100% compatible with our existing infrastructure. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, August 26, 2002. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required performance monitoring and analysis software to support the infrastructure developed for the Treasury Direct application at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Wily Technology, Inc.
