- Maintenance Service for a period of Oct 01, 2002 thru Sep 30, 2003 for Government owned Canon facsimile equipment; various models. Maintenance to include one preventive maintenance service on each machine. Contractor may not sub-contract service to any other contractor. A complete list of serial numbers will be provided when requesting a copy of solicitation package. Equipment is located at the Navy Personnel Command, Millington TN. For a complete package on terms and conditions for maintenance services, request a copy of solicitation. When requesting a copy of solicitation, please state name, address, phone number, and solicitation number and fax to (901) 874-5285 or e-mail to ejohnson@navsuppact-midsouth.navy.mil. This is a set-aside for small businesses only. A completed solicitation package must be signed and mail back by close of business no later than 9/09/02 @ 4:00pm. Faxed copies will not be accepted.
