- 84--Items 0001-0011 - Coveralls, painter and blaster type. Various sizes as listed below. Coverall Specification: Coveralls are manufactured from 100% cotton blue denim, heavy sanforized full length flap cover over full length heavy duty zipper. All seams to be double stitched, pocket on each side at chest level, pocket on back and side below belt level, slit pocket on each side to inner garment. Reinforced piece 1 1/2" wide at belt level completely around garment, button or snap on each cuff. Size/quanities of painter coveralls as follows: Size Qty U/I 34 150 PR 36 100 PR 38 100 PR 40 100 PR 42 100 PR 44 300 PR 46 300 PR 48 300 PR 50 300 PR 52 250 PR 54 250 PR Boiler inspection coveralls for blasting. Manufactured from 100% cotton blue denim, heavy sanfornized. Full length velcro flap cover over full length zipper, pock et on left side at chest level and two pockets on back below belt level. Coveralls to have hood with draw string of denim cloth stitched full length of draw string and with knot at each end of draw string. To have elastic wrist and ankles and reinforcement patches at knees and elbows. All seams to be double stitched. Size/quantities of blasters coverall as follows: Size Qty U/I 34 150 PR 36 150 PR 38 150 PR 40 150 PR 42 150 PR 44 300 PR 46 300 PR 48 300 PR 50 300 PR 52 250 PR 54 250 PR Samples required with bid. Contractors that do not supply sample of painter coveralls and sample of blaster type coveralls will not be considered responsive. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590. Quotation will be available on line 8/14/2002 at www.neco.navy.mil. Please go to this website to download copy of qu otation. Delivery required no later than 15 September 2002. This acquisition is reserved for a 100% small business set aside. Note 1 applies.
