- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires design submittal and outdoor signs, in accordance with specifications for the Naval Undersea Warfare Museum Keyport, WA. The solicitation and Statement of Work will be available for download on 23 Aug 2002 at this address: http://kpt-eco.nuwc.navy.mil. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 30 Aug 2002.
