- NA Furnish and deliver to Union Village Dam, Thetford, VT, one new tractor, similar or equal to a John Deere Model 5220 MFWD, 4 wheel drive, with a bucket loader similar or equal to a Model 541. The tractor shall have selective control valves (SCV's) for hydr aulic functions and a reverse gear back-up alarm. This solicitation will be available on or about 24 August 2002.
