- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center Natick Contracting Division located in Natick, MA 01760-5011 intends to negotiate the award of a purchase order to Mocon, 7500 Boone Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55428 on a basis of other than full and open competi tion [reference Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1] for a Perma-tran W3/33 satellite module SG with WIN-PERM operating system. Mocon is considered the only source that is able to fulfill the Army's needs because the satellite module bein g purchased will be incorporated into an existing Perma-tran W3/31 Master Module that is a patented test module manufactured by Mocon. No quotation document is available for this acquisition. Inquiries shall be made no later than 1530 hours on Friday, 16 August 2002 to Ms. Tammy Taylor, Contract Specialist, at tammy.taylor@natick.army.mil. Reference note 22; as this is a commercial item, the procedures listed in FAR Part 12 shall apply so all responses must be received within seven (7) days after publica tion of this notice.
