- The U.S. Army TACOM/ARDEC is contemplating issuing a purchase order to Titech International, Inc., Pomona, California on a sole source basis for a ?Titanium Castings in support of the M240 Lightweight Machine Gun," under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, avoidance of duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency?s requirements. This notice does not constitute an RFP and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
