Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervisions and other items necessary to perform all required sports officiating services identified in the statement of work in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport covered by the statement of work. The following sports are covered by this statement of work: Soccer, Varsity Soccer, Basketball, Varsity Basketball, Flag Football, Varsity Football, Softball, Varsity Softball, Volleyball, Varsity Volleyball. The contractor shall maintain control of all officiating matters while games are being played. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only and will contain one base year (1 Oct 02 ? 30 Sep 03) and four option years. The successful contractor will be selected on low price basis. Past performance will also be considered. Price is slightly more important than past performance. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 20 August 2002 via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://eps.gov/. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
