- Description
- Commerical Item Contract using FAR part 12 & 15 to provide full service maintenance on Drager Anesthesia Machines located at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Blvd. Salt Lake City, UT 84148. Contract to begin 10-1-02 through 9/30/03 with four one year options to extend services. Proposal documents will be available on or about August 23, 2002 with RFP closing on September 20, 2002. All requests for proposal must be in writing by fax, letter, or e-mail and referencing RFP 660-067-02, Attn: Garth M. Glenn. Request must show point of contact, address, telephone, and fax number.
