- Description
- Provide orthopedic services for the period November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003 plus four (4) option years. Services to include surgical procedures, clinic visits and emergency on-call for off hours. Specific days and hours on VA Clinics to be decided by VA and Contractor. Award will be made on evaluation factors. Technical evaluation being significantly more important than cost. This also may be a single or a multiple award. NAICS IS 621111 and the size standard is $8.5 million in average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years. This procurement is unrestricted. The RFP will be available on this website August 13, 2002. Paper copies must be requested in writing either by mail, email(denise.boren@med.va.gov), or FAX 970-2444-7721. Award is contingent upon availability of FY 2003 funding for the Base Year. Proposal due date is September 20, 2002 @ 4:30 pm local time.
