- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Columbia, SC, intends to negotiate sole source contract with Bayer Corporation Diagnostic Division, 115 Norwood Park South, Norwood, MA to provide reagents for the ACS 180 Chemiluminscene System located at Augusta Medical Center, Augusta, GA. for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. Negotiations to begin on or about September 4, 2002. Applicable NACIS code is 325413. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 4:00PM, August 28, 2002.
