- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials, and perform work for ER/Admitting Area Upgrade as reqiured by Drawings and Specifications at VA New York Harbor Healthcare System at Brooklyn Campus, Brooklyn, NY 11209. Completion time is 548 calendar days after Notice To Proceed. EStimated construction cost is $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. An electric copy of the solicitation my be obtained FREE on or about August 12, 2002 at the following URL:http://fedbizopp.gov or http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Offerors will need to click on IFB 10N3-196-02 in order to download the solicitation documents. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Hard copies will be available for pick up from the Bronx VA Medical Center bt written request on or about 8/12/02 for a cost of $100.00. Only certified check or money order will be accepted. No FAX or TELEPHONE request accepted. All questions shall be sunmitted in writing. NAICS code is 233320, Size Standard is 28.5 million. This is a 100% total small business set aside. BID is 7/31/02, BOD is 9/9/02 @2:00PM local time at the Bronx VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, 9B-62, Bronx, NY 10468. Award is subject to availability of funds.
